R1 · Guide to Local Mapping & Needs
A practical, step-by-step guide to understand local youth needs and map the services already available. It includes interview grids, comparison matrices (needs vs. services), and templates to co-design an action plan with stakeholders—built from ANI’s work in Val-de-Reuil and inputs from partners.

R2 · Ecosystem Creation Guide
A practical, Cité des Métiers–inspired guide to help territories coordinate existing services into one clear pathway for young people. It covers the step-by-step approach, country notes (FR, ES, IT, IE), and key lessons learned. Written for municipalities, youth organisations, VET providers, NGOs, and employers.

R3 · Madrid Training (Ecosystem Building)
A practical 4‑day workshop to help partners design and coordinate a local ecosystem.
Focus: governance options, cooperation rules, and how services work together.
Result: a shared training pack translated for partners.
Program “How To Create a Multi Stakeholder Ecosystem”
The partners of the “𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗥 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁” project met again in beautiful Spain! On December 7, 2024, the working sessions entitled “WORLD DAY 2020” took place at the headquarters in Madrid, dedicated to the activities of 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 2.
STRONGER Project Partners Meet to Advance Next Steps
On December 8th, 2024, the partners of the “𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗥 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁” gathered once again for an intense and engaging working meeting, fully dedicated to exploring and discussing the different components of the project. It was a valuable opportunity to share the results achieved so far, reflect on the challenges encountered along the way, and jointly plan the next steps to be undertaken.
The Colegio Profesional de Madrid hosts the partners of the "STRONGER project"
On October 9, 2024, the partners of the Stronger project, welcomed by manager Leonor Guinea Andrino, were guests of the “Colegio Profesional de Ciencia Política, Sociología, Relaciones Internacionales y Administración Pública de la Comunidad” in Madrid, an official public law body.
R3 · Naples Training (Stakeholder Training)
Held in Naples on 28–30 July 2025 with 17 participants, this training focused on engaging local stakeholders, practising facilitation routines, validating competences, and formalising local projects. Outputs include translated materials and certificates of attendance to document the learning.
Opening Day of the STRONGER International Training Program at Città della Scienza
The first international training day of the European “STRONGER project” opened on Monday 28 July 2025 at the Città della Scienza in Naples, with the participation of partners and stakeholders from various European countries.
Second International Training Day at Città della Scienza
On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, Città della Scienza hosted the second day of the International Training for the European “STRONGER project” . The session was entirely dedicated to presenting and evaluating the outcomes of Work Package 3 (WP3), the operational core of the project, which involved the implementation of pilot actions across participating countries.
Final International Event of the Stronger Project Held at Città della Scienza
Thursday, July 31, 2025, marked the International Final Event of the European project STRONGER, held at Città della Scienza. The initiative represented an important moment of dialogue and exchange among stakeholders and partners, aimed at sharing Italian best practices for strengthening youth integration into the labor market.
