Thursday, July 31, 2025, marked the International Final Event of the European project STRONGER, held at Città della Scienza. The initiative represented an important moment of dialogue and exchange among stakeholders and partners, aimed at sharing Italian best practices for strengthening youth integration into the labor market.

During the event, the results of the STRONGER project were presented, with a particular focus on the experiences developed in the context of Southern Italy. At the heart of the discussion was the construction of a multi-stakeholder territorial ecosystem capable of integrating services for guidance, training, and employment, actively involving public institutions, companies, universities, job centers, and associations.

Inspired by the model of the Cité des Métiers in Paris, the project aimed to reinforce the connection between the world of education and the labor market, offering young people concrete tools to face the challenges of employment through an innovative, inclusive, and replicable approach.

The day’s agenda included a visit to the Manifattura 4.0 spaces—particularly the office dedicated to youth career guidance located at Città della Scienza; the presentation of results and dissemination activities conducted through web and social media; and a roundtable discussion on best practices developed in Southern Italy.

The event marked the official conclusion of STRONGER’s activities, reaffirming Città della Scienza’s role as an active node in European networks for social innovation and youth employment.
