From July 28 to 30, 2025, Città della Scienza will host the third session of the International Training Program within the framework of the European STRONGER Project.
Funded by the European Union, the initiative aims to enhance youth employment and foster stronger integration between labor market policies, education, and social inclusion through an innovative, multi-level, and participatory approach.
The STRONGER project was established to improve young people’s access to the labor market by reinforcing collaboration between public and private stakeholders in the fields of innovation, scientific research, and regional development.
Among its key actions, the project supports the creation of integrated one-stop guidance centers focused on employment, education, and active citizenship—drawing inspiration from international best practices and the longstanding experience of the Cité des Métiers in Paris, a European benchmark for lifelong guidance.
This International Training session offers a crucial platform for dialogue, capacity-building, and co-design. It will bring together stakeholders, international partners, professionals, and experts to explore innovative inclusion models and exchange effective practices for supporting youth in their training and employment journeys.
The Naples event represents a strategic opportunity to share replicable experiences, best practices, and operational tools, contributing to the role of cities as laboratories of social innovation and sustainable employment.
